The Township Clerk serves as the Secretary of the Municipal Corporation, Administrative Officer of Elections within the Township, and Secretary to the Governing Body. The Clerk’s office receives, distributes and assigns all correspondence on behalf of the Mayor and Committee.

The Township Clerk is responsible for the preparation of the Agenda for the Township Committee Meetings and to record and keep the Minutes of the Meetings. The Clerk is the custodian of the official records of the Township and maintains Ordinances, Resolutions, Township Budgets, Contracts, Meeting Minutes, Performance Bonds, Maintenance Bonds, Filed Township Deeds, Landlord Registration, Financial Disclosure Forms, and Calendar of Meeting Dates.
